Ginger Pineapple Baked Energy Bites

These are sooooo good and that's coming from someone who doesn't usually go for ginger flavored foods. I usually eat one in the morning with a little yogurt if I have time, otherwise I'll eat one or two with a cup of coffee before I go into my shift. It makes me full until I go to lunch, which is around 2/3pm, so a while! I'm also pre-diabetic so these have been a great way for me to enjoy a sweet treat and not feel as guilty.

I took a bag with me to work and they were gone in two days. I loved the delicate ginger flavor. A delicious and healthy snack!

Just had the Pineapple Ginger Energy Bites for the first time. Amazing amount of flavor packed into two small bites. Just enough for a quick healthy pick- me-up! Looking forward to trying other flavor combinations.

So good! And so cute! I wanted to try one of the newer flavors and loved this batch. Ate almost the whole bag on the way home. I'm training for a half marathon and looking forward to using L's Goodies to fuel my pre-workouts!
