Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

Free shipping:

  • For orders over $45: Standard shipping is free within the U.S.
  • Promotional free shipping is applied automatically at checkout during special events.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or directly via the carrier's platform.

International Shipping 

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope you to share our goodies worldwide in the near future. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lsgoodiessnacks.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the package, and details of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.
