These energy bites are delicious. I have two for breakfast most mornings. So yummy!

I absolutely love the Coconut Rum Raisin in some plain Greek yogurt! It gives me the energy to start my day strong. As someone from the Caribbean, it gives me the same joy as eating the ice cream without any of the guilt.

it's refreshing to have energy bites with dynamic and delicious flavor profiles. the lemon+lavender is a particular favorite of mine! so refreshing with the perfect balance of ingredients; the balance between the lemon, lavender, and other ingredients is just right. they're well made, i love the packaging, and you can tell Linh cares deeply about her business. loved chatting with Linh and learning more about L's Goodies. i'm looking forward to getting more flavors in the future, but the lemon+lavender will definitely be a repeat for me :)

Absolutely love these energy bites. My personal favorite is the Rum Raisin flavor! It’s so hard to find healthy snacks without 20+ ingredients but L’s Goodies FINALLY brings a healthy, yummy, and clean ingredient list to the table! Being a dietitian owned and operated brand is also so encouraging. 10/10! I hope you can try them for yourself soon!

These have become my go to if I need something while I'm on the go. They're also the perfect pre workout snack and give you a boost of energy without the crash. I'm so glad to have found a clean ingredient product that tastes amazing. The PB&Jelly ones are my favorite!!

Went to Sowa Open Market and find these delicious bites!!! It feels you’re eating an overnight oats. Macro ingredients are on point, and one bite make you feel full. Or at least cravings disappear. Would eat them again.

Goodies are amazing!!! The flavor combination is so good.  Once you taste one you feel the power of the flavor combination explodes in your mouth and I  can't get enough.  The best part is my whole family love this bites, especially my 12-year-old he would eat the whole back if I allow him too.

I found these energy bites at a farmer’s market and have been coming back for more ever since. They’re the perfect afternoon snack. I feel great after eating them and seek them out for a quick pick-me-up
